The Department of Chemistry congratulates Lecturer Lawrence Goldman on his promotion to Senior Lecturer, effective September 16, 2020.
Dr. Goldman joined the Department of Chemistry as a full-time lecturer in Autumn 2014 as the fifth member of our teaching faculty, and our first to specialize in organic chemistry instruction. He teaches several large classes in our 200-level instructional program in organic chemistry, including the majority of our laboratory courses in organic chemistry. Dr. Goldman is also engaged with scholarly pursuits with the Chemistry Education Research group (ChEdR) and the Consortium for the Advancement of Undergraduate STEM Education (CAUSE).
