CHEM 546 A: Software Engineering for Molecular Science and Engineering

Introduces basic principles of scientific software development in Python in the context of project-based work for molecular science and engineering spanning to the process scale. Covers command line tools, Python from the perspective of molecular and process engineering methods, software design, and development and collaboration principles (e.g., version control).
