In the event of urgent need, the Department reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time, and will provide an alternate meeting site if possible.

Priority for this room is:

  1. Departmental business (e.g. faculty meetings, faculty recruiting affairs, other events sponsored by the Department, etc.)
  2. Divisional seminars
  3. Other divisional activities
  4. Individual research group activities
  5. The room cannot be used for office hours or formal University classes.
